The company has a factory area of ??184 acres, a total construction area of ??40,000 square meters, and total assets of 260 million yuan. Since the establishment of Zhangjiajie Jiurui Biological Technology Co., Ltd. in September 2014, it has increased investment in environmental protection, with a cumulative investment of about 48 million yuan. The upgrade of environmental protection technology and the improvement of facilities account for 13.5% of the company's total investment. At the same time, the company plans to spend no less than 10 million yuan every year to ensure the operation, maintenance and management of environmental protection facilities to ensure the stable emission of the production line.
2. Description of pollutants
(1) Water pollution prevention
The waste water produced by the company is mainly cooling circulating water of production equipment, circulating water of refrigeration station, boiler sewage, salty waste water produced in water production workshop, production process water, ground flushing water, equipment and slag flushing water, and domestic wastewater. Part of the production process of the company's "energy saving and consumption reduction" has been optimized, and the discharge of wastewater has been greatly reduced.
(2) Prevention and control of air pollution
The waste gas produced during the production process of the project after the company's engineering change mainly includes boiler waste gas from the boiler, unorganized waste gas from the production workshop, and unorganized odor from the sewage treatment plant.
(3) Prevention and control of noise pollution
In order to protect the health of workers in the workshop and reduce pollution to the environment of the factory, the prevention and control of noise is carried out in three aspects: control of the sound source, control of the noise transmission path, and personal protection of the receiver. The specific measures are as follows:
1. Strictly control the noise requirements of various electromechanical products, and select low-noise equipment during design and installation.
2. Take protective measures against noise in the installation area, place air compressors, fans, various pumps and other equipment indoors, and install mufflers at the air outlets of fans and compressors; workshops with concentrated high-noise equipment adopt centralized configuration , Set up sound insulation room.
3. Strengthen plant greening measures to reduce noise transmission.
4. The noise in the workshop belongs to the workshop labor protection. By adjusting the working hours of the employees, the physical and mental health of the workers is not harmed.
(4) Pollution prevention and control of solid waste
After the company's engineering changes, the solid waste generated in the production process of the project mainly includes gall slag, coal cinder, activated carbon residue, activated sludge and domestic garbage. Based on the principle of "resource, reduction, harmlessness, and reuse", our company standardized the construction of a solid waste warehouse, and standardized the collection, storage and comprehensive utilization of various solid waste.
3. Pollutant treatment facilities and treatment situation
(1) Wastewater treatment facilities and disposal conditions
The wastewater enters the sewage treatment station of the factory with a wastewater treatment capacity of 1000m3/d. After being treated by the ECSB+A2O treatment process system, it is transported to the Yanghuping Sewage Treatment Plant in the development zone for advanced treatment by a special sewage pipeline laid by the company. The plant area has set up a standardized sewage outlet at the outlet of the sewage treatment station, and the sewage outlet is equipped with automatic water quality monitoring devices such as COD and ammonia nitrogen, and is connected to the environmental protection department. The supervision of pollutant discharge has been strengthened, and the ability to prevent pollution risks has been improved.
(2) Waste gas treatment facilities
1. Treatment of flue gas from biomass boilers: The exhaust gas produced by the company is mainly the exhaust gas produced during the combustion of one (10t/h) boiler. The main pollutants are sulfur dioxide, smoke and nitrogen oxides. The company now uses bag dust removal and venturi After the dust is removed by the cyclone granite water curtain dust collector, it is discharged up to the standard through a 60m chimney. The pollutant emission concentration before the change has been reduced to varying degrees.
2. Control of unorganized waste gas: A certain amount of unorganized waste gas will be generated in the production workshop of the factory. By adopting production devices with good sealing performance, sealing equipment and pipelines, the entire production process is in a negative pressure operation state, and harmful gas concentrations are installed. Measures such as monitoring and alarming devices and setting up axial fans for ventilation in the workshop have effectively reduced and controlled the impact of unorganized emissions in the storage tank area and production area on the atmospheric environment.
3. Utilization of unorganized odor: The hydrolysis acidification tank, sludge filter press room, ECSB reactor, anoxic tank, aerobic tank, sludge thickening tank and other processes of the project’s sewage treatment station will produce certain odorous gas. The tank body is sealed and covered for centralized collection, and the waste gas treatment device adopts an optimized combination process of "washing + biochemical". Among them, the odorous gas in the ECSB reactor is subjected to the ECSB anaerobic treatment process to produce biogas, which is collected and ignited and burned. The main pollutant produced is CO2.
(3) Solid waste treatment
1. The filter press sludge from the sewage treatment station is transported to the standard stacking plant for approval and sent to the forest farm as fertilizer.
2. Waste activated carbon slag and biomass are mixed and stirred in a ratio of 1:4, burned into ashes as fuel, and treated together with slag. .
3. The slag produced in the boiler room is used as the admixture of the cement plant to make bricks.
4. The gall dregs produced during the production process are processed into fertilizers through biochemical treatment of biological waste through advanced technology.
5. Domestic garbage shall be classified by the environmental sanitation department for harmless disposal.
4. Compliance with the "Three Wastes"
Waste water, waste gas, solid waste, etc. are discharged through the treatment facilities throughout the year.
